When we heal, we are healing a pattern that needs to be recalibrated into our wholeness and connection to the world. It is to let go an of old programming that needs to be updated to our modern living where we no longer have to battle or fear a situation will hurt us. It’s to undo the harm to our psyches. |
Our healing is part of our blueprint in being sentient beings and our journey back to oneness. When I delve deep into astrology - every person’s chart has its strengths and its challenges - Saturn and Pluto are a few of the harshest disciplinarians of the lessons to be learned in one's lifetime. We are born feeling fears of being seen, being heard, becoming intimate, taking up space, standing within our uniqueness, and accepting ourselves in all our idiosyncrasies, worried that someone will take away our dignity and peace of life, and that something or someone will expel us while doing so. We are born with some kind of fear unique to our personalities and that pattern shows up in our birth charts. This is part of our blueprint. Some of us are trying to heal a pain or hurt because we have ancestral history around it and know there is life beyond it. Yet we will never be able to “mend” that which is not broken. We need to understand the reason these challenges were put there to begin with. To help us grow. We have to embrace the unique gifts life has set us up for in the guise of hardships or insecurities and embrace this fear, accepting and integrating its presence in our life, and growing through it.
As a practice I’ve found essential ways of checking into myself. This balances my own inner world with that of the reality around me:
As we learn to tolerate the behaviors or the beliefs within the self that don’t seem to mix with the world, we refine our own abilities to bring ourselves back into that wholeness with the universe and the one important part we are here to play.
After all of my years of learning and practicing energy work, I realized one thing, that we’ve forgotten who we are. The way back to ourselves - our own hero’s journey - is to see the soul’s inner terrain, decode the mystery, look into the depth of our beings, and to express it in very simple ways in our lives. Who are you and what are you here to do? I've asked myself that question for decades.
Once you reveal the truth in one area of life - then you can take the same practice into other areas of life. It is a deep excavation into part of yourself that normally you do not even know is there. To look at the inner stories you’ve buried deep and hid from the world, that is the part of you that needs the healing. These old scars need to be seen to change your course of life. These old programming has to change to manifest a life close to your vision and reveal the true you.
We are doing this not for ourselves, but for our genealogy. We carry the torch for our next generation onto the next. We are born among a soul group who comes into the world to solve the same issues. What you do for yourself, you do for your soul group. Regardless of whether you have children or your parents are alive - you are a child of this world in that soul group on a genealogical and human level and what you heal will heal the story for generations before you and generations after.
Healing is a deeply personal journey that cannot be replaced or substituted by anything other than the healee going deep within herself. Growth is the overcoming of that automation we've build around the fears. Once we let go of the outdated stories we are free to be ourselves again.
We can project our pain onto the world of how it runs - or we can decide it’s time to change our ways and the world.
As a practice I’ve found essential ways of checking into myself. This balances my own inner world with that of the reality around me:
- The need for personal space to lower the volume of the external world and hear my inner voices
- Closing in on the experience which I am creating unconsciously
- Journaling to be able to shed light on those patterns I’m hanging onto and gifts of realization
- The ability to stand in the underlying truth in spite of my emotions
